Afinal de contas, existe vida após a morte ? [Ceterum non est vita post mortem?]

VIDA APÓS A MORTE, VIDA FUTURA; FUTURO DE VIDA.

                                             Considerações inicias sobre o tema.

Vivemos e batalhamos com denodo e sacrifício pela existência, entretanto, temos a convicção de que a morte física é certa, inexorável. Ninguém disso duvida. Mas, após o desenlace físico, qual o nosso destino? Sobreviverá a individualidade após a morte? Na hipótese  de sobreviver, seria essa sobrevivência  temporária  ou eterna? Eis a questão que sempre inquietou o ser humano, desde o seu estado de selvageria até os atuais dias.

Os Gregos e os povos do Oriente Próximo acreditavam na sobrevivência humana após o desenlace físico. Após a morte, o ser humano, fosse bom ou mau, iria para um mundo subterrâneo, ao qual, na Grécia, se dava o nome de “inferno”, na Babilônia, de “aralu” e, entre os Judeus, de “xeol”.

Inferno de Dante.

Na maioria dos textos do velho testamento, dá-se a entender  que todos, indistintamente iriam para o “xeol”, onde permaneceriam. Por outro lado,  há registros que indicam haver a possibilidade de os bons serem retirados de lá, posteriormente como nos informam os Salmos 16:10 e49:15 “(...)porquanto não abandonará no xeol  minh’alma... “(...) porém Deus remirá minh’alma do poder do xeol, pois ele me receberá...”.

Doutras vezes, temos referências de pessoas que não transitaram pelo “xeol” mas foram arrebatadas vivas diretamente ao Céu, como Elias e Enoque (Gênese 5:24 e II Reis 2:11).

Há também, na Bíblia, como está registrado em Jó 19:26-27, a convicção de encontrar-se diretamente com Deus, após a morte, sem transitar pelo “xeol”: “(...) e depois de destruída essa minha pele, mesmo fora de minha carne, verei Deus; vê-lo-ei ao meu lado, e os meus olhos o contemplarão...”

Isso tudo põe por terra a tese que algumas escolas religiosas cristãs apresentam, no sentido de que o homem fica, depois da morte, em estado de sono até a data da ressureição  no fim dos tempos, quando despertará para o juízo final.

De modo geral, no velho testamento a recompensa para o homem fiel a Deus era a  própria terra, através de favores divinos de propriedade, saúde, vida longa e morte digna. Esse conceito de que a recompensa divina a quem fosse fiel a Deus era na própria terra ainda perdura nos dias atuais, bastando observar certos programas em nossa televisão, em que aderiram à religião que ora professam e onde conheceram o deus vivo, tudo mudou em sua vida: progrediram nos negócios, curaram-se de enfermidades, deixaram vícios etc , etc.

Vê-se, pois, que, pela dificuldade de entenderem as coisas espirituais, materializaram a visão de recompensas relativas à vida futura.

Os saduceus, no tempo de Jesus, tinham essa concepção, não acreditando sequer na dita “ressureição dos mortos” (Mc. 12:18-27).

Na época do Novo Testamento, a idéia da imortalidade da alma, de certo modo, se ampliou, mas as concepções do lugar onde se localizava o homem depois da morte pouco mudou.

Reino de Hades.

Ora, quando o Velho Testamento original hebraico foi traduzido para o grego, a fim de atender às comunidades judaicas existentes no mundo da cultura helênica, o conceito de “xeol” entrou na Septuginta sob a denominação de “inferno” ou “hades” adaptando-se à concepção grega do mundo subterrâneo que abrigava os mortos: só que neste dito “inferno” não havia somente lugar da sombras e tormentos para os humanos, mas lugares de bem-aventuranças (Campos Elísios) e de prisão para os titãs vencidos e os ímpios impenitentes (Tártaro).

                                 

                                  Esclarecimentos Espíritas.

Pelas informações obtidas dos próprios Espíritos a respeito da vida além da morte, a Doutrina Espírita esclarece que, de fato, há regiões diferenciadas no plano espiritual, representando esferas inferiores como superiores. Assim, é que o desencarnado, conforme o peso específico do perispírito (que espelha seu estado íntimo) pode se situar na Crosta, no Umbral, nas Trevas ou nas regiões superiores, onde se localizam as Colônias Espirituais. É preciso  esclarecer que o Umbral e as Trevas são regiões distintas. O Umbral começa na crosta terrestre. É uma zona obscura, repleta de desencarnados e formas-pensamentos dos encarnados. Aí se encontram fluidos pesados emitidos por milhares de mentes desequilibradas. É criação, por assim dizer, do próprio homem, encarnado e desencarnado. O Umbral funciona como região destinada ao esgotamento de resíduos mentais, uma espécie de zona purgatorial onde se queima a prestação o material deteriorado das ilusões que a criatura adquiriu por atacado. Está repleto de desesperados, revoltados, infelizes malfeitores e meliantes de várias categorias.

Umbral.

Enquanto que o Umbral se inicia da superfície da crosta para cima, as trevas são regiões que se iniciam da superfície da terra para baixo, abrangendo “as profundezas dos mares e o âmago da Terra” (Nosso Lar cap. 44). Representam as regiões inferiores das esferas espirituais; ao tempo em que, no Umbral situam-se, preponderantemente, Espíritos desequilibrados, nas Trevas encontram-se aqueles delinquentes  que “deitam de si oscilações mentais de terrível caráter”. São tiranos, suicidas, homicidas, carrascos do povo, libertinos, traidores do bem e os complicados em viciações de todas as procedências.

Nas regiões ditas superiores, conforme dissemos acima, encontram-se as colônias espirituais, algumas adjacentes ao Umbral, como              “Nosso Lar” e, outras, mais elevadas, como “Alvorada Nova”. Nosso Lar não é propriamente “ o céu”, “o paraíso”, mas um núcleo de transição; É mais propriamente um hospital, uma escola, um templo. Digno de nota é a observação de Lísias a André Luiz:

“Nosso Lar não é estância de Espíritos propriamente virtuosos... Somos felizes porque temos trabalho e a alegria habita cada recanto da Colônia”

Colônia espiritual de Nosso Lar.

É digna de registro a advertência do Espírito Lourenço Prado (Seareiros de Volta) quando nos exorta a evitarmos simplesmente substituir as noções de inferno por Umbral ou de céu por esferas superiores, esclarecendo que “ as próprias colônias espirituais enobrecidas, estruturadas em matéria rarefeita na espiritualidade, são transitórias”. E acrescenta: “acostuma-te a raciocinar, não em termos de condição de espaço, mas em termos de  estado de alma”. É por isso, que André Luiz registra em “Obreiros da vida eterna”, o seguinte esclarecimento:

Cada homem mentais em que se, por sí, elevar-se-á ao céu ou descerá aos infernos transitórios, em obediência às disposições prende”

In most Old Testament texts, we are given to understand that everyone, without distinction would go to "Sheol", where they would remain. Of other times, we have references of people who transited the "Sheol" but were alive snatched directly to heaven as Elijah and Enoch (Genesis 5:24 and II Kings 2:11)
Also, in the Bible, as recorded at Job 19: 26-27, the conviction meet directly with God after death, without transiting through the "Sheol": "(...) and after that destroyed my skin, even out of my flesh I will see God; I will see you at my side, and my eyes comtemplarão ... "
All this demolishes the theory that some Christian religious schools have, in the sense that man is, after death, in a state of sleep until the date of resurrection in the end times, when awake for the final judgment.
Generally, in the Old Testament the reward for man faithful to God was the earth itself, through divine favors property, health, long life and dignified death. This concept of the divine reward to those who were faithful to God was in the land itself still lingers today, simply by watching certain programs on our television, which joined the religion they profess now and where they met the living God, everything changed in his life, progressed in business, were cured of illnesses, addictions left etc, etc.
It is seen, therefore, that the difficulty of understand spiritual things, materialize the rewards of view concerning the afterlife.
The Sadducees in the time of Jesus, had this conception, not even believing in the so-called "resurrection from the dead" (Mk. 12: 18-27).
In New Testament times, the idea of ​​the immortality of the soul, in a way, widened, but the conceptions of the place where it was located the man after death has changed little.
And when the original Hebrew Old Testament was translated into Greek in order to meet existing Jewish communities in the world of Hellenic culture, the concept of "Sheol" entered the Septuginta under the name of "hell" or "Hades" adapting to the Greek conception of the underworld that housed the dead: but in this said "hell" there was only place of shadows and torments for humans, but beatitudes of places (Champs Elysees) and imprisonment for the vanquished Titans and unrepentant wicked (Tartarus).

Clarifications Spiritualists.
